Closing Track Your CEs FAQs
We'll be discontinuing Track Your CEs, our continuing education requirement tracking service for California clinicians, on December 2, 2024. Below, you'll find answers to questions you may have about this transition and what it means for you.
Why is Track Your CEs closing?
Track Your CEs will be discontinued on December 2, 2024.
This decision reflects our commitment to focus on our core services within our EHR offering to better support the evolving needs of our community.
How long do I have to use my account?
Starting December 2, 2024, your Track Your CEs account will no longer be accessible. We strongly encourage you to download your CE certificates before this date.
What should I do with my uploaded certificates?
We highly recommend downloading your CE certificates for your records before December 2, 2024, as they will be inaccessible from your Track Your CEs account after this date.
To download your certificates, please navigate to the Dashboard of your Track Your CEs account and click Download All for each renewal cycle.
Tip: If you have a SimplePractice account, you can upload your course certificates to Settings > Practice > Business files. To learn more, see Managing business files.
